"...if you don't re-update your account". How does one "re-update" one's account?

Where on earth have you seen something like this? No organisation will request sensitive information like this via e-mail. eBay is very clear about this on their website. Never send personal or sensitive information like account names, passwords or financial information to anyone. eBay will never send you an e-mail requesting this information.
