Anyone who believes in this e-mail is not worthy of a University Degree. Do you really believe you can get a legitimate University Degree this way? The only thing that is fully verifiable about this e-mail, is that it is a lie.
The large gap and the text at the bottom of the e-mail will make no sense to most people. This is a technique called hash busting to fool the anti-spam filters, but a well-trained Bayesian filter will pick this one up anyway. Another interesting characteristic about this e-mail is the outrageous e-mail address of the sender.
